The Lindsey Vonn Foundation (LVF) provides effective programming and scholarships to fill the gaps for young girls in the community. Inspired by the story of their Founder, World Cup and Olympic Champion Lindsey Vonn, the Foundation believes that excellence is the result of a journey. LVF empowers young people to find their own path.
Experiencing a pivotal moment of change due to environmental factors including the COVID-19 Pandemic, as well as the lack of secure funding and competing priorities, the LVF sought assistance and support for further development.
Working on a consulting basis, the Foundation X team developed a strategic plan for LVF, aligning their key priorities and programming with subsequent execution that was implemented over three phases:
Phase 1 – Fundraising and Communications support for an upcoming Gala
Phase 2 – An overall sponsorship strategy, promoting events and programs
Phase 3 – Nonprofit partnership strategies, ensuring program success in the long-term
Foundation X and LVF worked together to ensure successful execution of the phases of the plan, as LVF raised $400,000 at their Gala Fundraiser, surpassing their goal by $150,000. Overall, the organization generated a clearer vision and articulation of their impact. The Lindsey Vonn Foundation sees a future in which individuals can lead and change the world through their goals, ideas, and actions.
